We are a small team of coaches from Hamburg, in the northern part of Germany.

As coaches we are specialized in triathlon, swimming, cycling and athletic fitness.

We have gained our qualifications through education at the university or in the respective sports associations. We want to share our experience and knowledge with you to support you in your sport in the best possible way.
