Our training plans offer you structured workouts, effective training, in a holistic approach – tried and tested and easy to implement.
You remain independent and flexible, without any coaching commitment and can still benefit from our expertise.

In addition to our extensive coaching we also create individualized programs.
Flexible, without any obligations and still personal, you will get your individual plan. Perfectly tailored to your fitness level, your time availability and your goals.
No fixed coaching commitment. Payment once per training plan.
Duration as you wish, but minimum 4 weeks.
79€ for 4 weeks with a minimum of 12 weeks and one main sport. Otherwise 99€ for each 4 weeks.

All plans are available through TrainingPeaks.
You can use them as often as you like and even customize them if needed. The structured workouts can be transferred to commonly used watches, bike computers or apps. This helps you to stay 1:1 with the plan. If you set up the synchronization of your training data, you can track your progress in the training plan at any time.
